Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) – EU Customers Only

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving an item. To exercise this right, notify us (NOIRUMM) by email at noirumm.project@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. After notification, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.


2. Returns & Conditions

A. Customers within the European Union

- Return Period: Items must be sent back within 14 days after you notify us of withdrawal.

- Condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including tags).

- Return Shipping Costs: You (the buyer) cover all return shipping charges (postage, duties, customs fees).

- Refund Amount: We will refund the product price minus the original shipping cost.

- Non-Refundable (“Final Sale”) Items: Custom-engraved items and sealed hygiene products once unsealed. All other vintage and handmade items are eligible for return under this section.

For international returns (from within the EU), mark the package “RETURN – Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs fees; any fees due to improper customs declaration will be deducted from your refund.


B. Customers outside the European Union

- Vintage & Handmade Items: All sales of vintage and handmade pieces are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.

- Newly Produced Items: If a product is newly manufactured (not vintage), you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it. In that case, items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging; the buyer covers return shipping.

- Return Process: To request a return of newly produced items, email us at noirumm.project@gmail.com. We will respond with instructions and our return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

- Refund Amount: For approved returns of newly produced items, we refund the purchase price minus the original shipping cost.


3. Damaged or Defective Items (All Customers)

If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us at noirumm.project@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of:

- The damaged packaging (showing shipping label and evidence of impact)

- The damaged item itself

You do not need to return the damaged item before receiving our approval. You may also file a claim with the delivery company if damage occurred during transit; however, we will assist you in resolving the issue.


4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

- EU Returns: Refunded amount = product price minus original shipping cost.

- Non-EU Newly Produced Returns: Same as above.

- Damaged/Defective Items: Full refund including original shipping cost, or replacement.
