1. Introduction
Welcome to NOIRUMM. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website noirumm.com (“Site”) and any purchases you make through our online store. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Products, Pricing, and Availability
All products are vintage home decor or handmade items from various eras. Descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
We strive to display accurate product information, but cannot guarantee that all details (e.g., color, texture) perfectly match the actual item.
Prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes, except where noted by our VAT policy.
Product availability is subject to change; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if an item becomes unavailable.
4. Orders & Payment
To place an order, you must provide valid payment information (credit/debit card, PayPal, or other accepted methods).
Payment is processed at the time you submit your order. If payment cannot be authorized, your order may be canceled.
You are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country on international shipments.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via DHL. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- EU: 5–10 business days
- USA/Canada: 10–20 business days
- Rest of world: 14–30 business days
Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon DHL’s delivery to the address you provide.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy (linked in the footer) explains your right to withdraw, return conditions, and refund procedures.
By law, EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt. Unless otherwise specified (e.g., “Final Sale” items), vintage and handmade products are returnable if unused and in original condition.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—text, images, logos, and designs—is owned by Noirumm or used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noirumm and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services will not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Site, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
